TOM JONES...

...this guy is freakin' unreal;
incredible voice, handsome, broad shouldered, sexy, women lined up in every country, charisma, longevity, durability... Almost 70 years old, there isn't a guitar rig made that can compete with his presence

I'll take the guitar rig...even though I enjoyed his show as a kid growing up.....even musicians need to retire at some point.

Still has a soulful set of iron pipes, and respected by his peers.
Heard him sing with Patti LaBelle and it was an intense thing to behold.
Has a kick-ass band too, and delivers each & every time he gigs.
If Segovia, Pass, and Montoya played till they died, let this monster gig to his content.

Tom Jones was the 1st concert I ever went to!! I was either 6 or 7 and my mother just adored him. I gotta say the man did/does have an incredible voice and prescence about him.

I caught his show about 5 years ago in Vegas. One of the best bands I have ever seen. Great guitar player, who was obviously the band leader.

BTW, Remember Big Jim Sullivan?? Big Jim Sullivan was Jones' guitar player back in his heyday (back when Jones had his TV variety show...) Sullivan was an inspiration to Page, Blackmore, Townshend, Steve Howe and other legendary British pickers...

I like Tom, he delivers and has a good sense of humor.

One of my favorite movies because of the Welsh singing is "How Green Was My Valley". Wonderful vocals in that flick. If you didn't know, Jones is Welsh.

What a talent. If an engineer tried to Auto-Tune him I bet Tom would knock his lights out.

Tom Jones is smart enough to know when it's time to quit.

It's not time.
