2 stage phasers?

Is the Nebula the only 2 stage phaser currently in production?
I recently had a SubDecay Quaser and I had all sorts of trouble sorting it out (too many knobs from moi!). I don't need too much flexibility, I'm just after a subtle, simple option.

yes the nebula is a 2 stage phaser. I believe brad said it was similar to the phase 45 and dod 201. both designs were similar, and had a lot less issues with distortion than the phase 90...

Is it the only one still being commerically produced? From what I've read, the phase 45 and dod 201 are no longer made.
There's lots of great phasers out there (like the Quaser), but they offer a lot more that I need (and can handle )

The Diamond Phase has 2-stage (and its awesome) as well as the Blackout effectors Whetstone.

Hope this helps.

There's a mod for the BYOC Phaser that lets you toggle between 45 and 90.
(and a 'Feedback' mod, and a 'Mix' mod and a 'vibrato' mod and a '90/180' mod....)

The Nebula is the most subtle and vibe like compact phaser I have tried and I have had the BYOC and tried the Diamond (which is probably the best all around phaser available IMO).

The Nebula has more of a vibe-like tone as most vibes ARE a 2-stage phaser (45% of phase shift) where as a Phase 90 has 90% of phase shift and 4 stages.

Nebula is simple (one knob), quiet and does not add/subtract from your tone...works great in front of OD/fuzz or after too. Highly recommended!

wrong.

the univibe was a 4 stage phaser, as are most of the clones or "vibe" marketed phasers.
