Congrats Matt, I have the Hudson Stroll On and Mr Soul also, they are both outstanding pedals overall from the sound and build quality aspect.

The Mr Soul has the best clean up when backing off the guitar volume a tad of any Germanium fuzz that I have tried to date.

Cheers
Joe

Thanks Joe! I agree, it does clean up quite SWEEETLY. Michael does impeccable work and uses top quality parts. I have a feeling when more people find out about him Michael's business is going to go through the roof, much like another builder in the UK.

Question for all of you:

What are the differences between the Mr. Soul and Stroll On?
I heard Mr. Soul is the Beatles tone and the Stroll On is the Zeppelin tone...
Is this correct?

Mr Soul is Vox TB / clone v1.5 Circuit 2 transistors
Stroll On is the later TB / Sola Sound clone MKII Circuit 3 transistors

I would assume that "Mr. Soul" would be a Vox Tonebender clone, as that was used by Neil Young on the song of the same name (Buffalo Springfield).

I just bought a Mr Soul and ordered a Stroll on...thanks for the tip on Tommy.

I like being able to clean up the fuzz by turning down the guitar volume.
