Still waiting on my GVCG blackguard. Will have to give Cliff at Destroy All Guitars a call to check on ETA.

I waited 7 1/2 years for my Rosewood/Spruce/Cocobolo Jumbo Acoustic. This luthier has built for EVH, Jackson Brown, Dave Matthews and consulted at the Martin factory. He builds very few guitars a year so I knew it would take awhile. I had no idea it would be that long though. Sad thing is I switched from Jumbo's to smaller bodied guitars 4 years ago. So I'm selling it.

Ordered a K-Line Telecaster recently. Swamp ash body in trans white, Lollar Vintage pickups, BIG fat neck.

It'll be a few months before it gets here, but that's fine.

That is a beauty, Shark21! Ian does really nice work.

And 7 1/2 years, Oneleftnut?!? That makes me feel a little better about my on-going 4+ year wait. Sorry that your tastes have changed in the meantime.

I just got on Paul Languedoc's list for a G4. It will be ready around the end of August. Going into a meditative state until then.

My sister lives about 20 minutes from his shop.

Nothing like the feeling of ordering a dream guitar. Waiting for me has been rather easy. I went into it knowing it would be a year. However, once pics starting rolling in (especially fully carved pics) I am having a hard time being patient.

The Protocaster Thinline is getting close to completion.
