Hey Singers
Any of you ever use the Neumann 105? I've been wanting this for awhile, but they're expensive, and my band plays with pretty loud stage volume. I worry about feedback.
I'm sure it will sound great, but just not sure how it handles feedback compared to say a Beta 87. |

how do you like the Beta 87? I have a Beta 57a (b?) and like it very much. Is the 87 good for a dude?

The other singer in a band I'm in has one. He sounds great. We use Bose stick systems and experience no feedback problems.

I like the Beta 87. Best I've used, but I haven't tried all the mics out there. I like it better than the Beta58, all the EV mics and the standard 58.

The Beta 87 sounded best on our singer.... though another singer chose the Audix VX10 over the 87 and the Nuemann 105.
All three are fantastic sounding mics.
