Dead Weather at ACL

Wow............For me, best performance, sounds, mix, tone, vocals, songs of the entire festival....And a surprise - they are far better in a live performance than they are on CD! There is power - Allison's growly sexy singing, Fertita's hard rocking guitar, White's huge drumming, complemented by the most articulate festival mix I have heard - everything had it's place. And there's humor and respect in their references to classic rock. So, they surpassed the expectations set by their CD. See 'em live when you get the chance.

No disrespect intended to Pearl Jam by the way. They got up and didn't let go for two hours.
