ES-135 Neck question

Can anyone help me with this? Here's the deal:

Between 1991 and 2002 Gibson produced a number of ES-135 guitars, like this one:

They came with P-100's or Humbuckers.

Than in 2003 (final year of production AFAIK) they introduced some changes to them: no F holes, Tune-o-matic bridge, no pickguard, and satin finish. (Like the one below).

My question is, did the neck profile / thickness in 2003 models remain the same as in the '91-02. Or better yet, did these guitars come with several different neck profiles regardless of the year of production?

Might want to try the Gibson forum.

Yeah, that might be a tough one to tell for certain. Maybe Gibson has some old literature out there. I love my 135, best deal out there for Gibsons.
