Tell me about the DLS
Yeah I'm looking at it and I'm not completely sold.
It would be my only dirt pedal for a while, would it cover my needs? Thanks! |

Absolutely maybe?
I dont need uber over the top gain, except for the occasional VH solo or two. Feeding a Twin Reverb, sound good? |

If what you want is a Marshall sounding pedal that can offer from JTM to JCM (may be even slightly higher?) levels of gain and that can be controlled by the guitars volume, then this is for you.
If not, steer clear! |

Perfect for marshalling up a fender (the DLS on a marshall-based amp is redundant). If you're using it mainly for solos get the V2 so you can have some extra gain. The V1 is great for chord clarity, V2 is the gain monster.

Dunno about that. We often use the DLS as a "pre-attenuator" instead of a real attenuator.
