Custom Guitar Help Please

Hello All. I recently bought a Guild Starfire IV and absolutely love the semi hollowbody sound. But I'm thinking it would be very cool to have a es-336 sized body to compliment the larger starfire body. I refuse to buy a new Gibson and just thought I'd throw this out there to you builders.

If you're interested in building a ES-336 size guitar or have previously let me know. I haven't come across any in my search and would be interested in starting a discussion and checking out ideas. I don't want fancy anything just solid and well built. Thanks

Without a doubt I'd recommend you contacting Saul Koll. See the link below to my 336'sh size DL Thinline. Saul makes a custom guitar in every sense of the word "custom". He will do anything you want and is IMO one of the most adventurist builders out there. But his guitars always have a uniqueness that is grounded in vintage aesthetics and yet a futuristic *anything goes* ethos. Plus, he has to be one of the neatest people you could deal with.

My two Kolls offer among the highest build quality, playability and tone available. I wouldn't change a thing about either of them...

Oh wait, I wish I didn't have to wait for them. But hey, they were custom guitars built from the ground up by one amazing artisan. That's to be expected.

Wow that's a beautiful guitar. I'll be sure to give him a call. Very similar to what I'm looking for.

Have you considered a Heritage Prospect? They've been doing the smaller profile 336-esque guitars since 1991. Darned nice guitars.
