Angry Wow, I can't believe how bad some of those Famous Hair places can hack up your hair!

..... I tipped the lady $2 simply because I felt sorry for her

If she spoke, her hands stopped working. When she stopped talking, her hands started back up, but in a new place.
She may have been a robot with a low battery. I came home and re-cut my hair to even it all up. I'm not sure how the back looks.

here's a scenario we can all relate to...

I've been going to the same 'salon' for around 3 years now, and I always make an appointment to get a haircut from the same gal-- 'Tracy'

Well, a few weeks ago, I call to make an appointment, and 'Tracy' no longer works there. so I just show up, toss caution to the wind, and roll the dice with any ol' 'stlylist' who's got an opening.

So I show up at work the next day, and my co-workers LAUGH OUT LOUD AT ME!

I just have then cut it short enough that no one can tell where it's uneven.
There really isn't enough left to really matter anymore.

Generally speaking beautician's are not the best and brightest, often they are cutting your hair with that same level of dedication that resulted in them barely graduating HS.

The "Famous" hair places are known for being bad.
It's really hard to find someone to cut my hair the way I like it. I finally found a guy in Van Nuys CA and only went to him for many years.

In 1999 I moved to WI. Took me years to find someone good. Now I've been going to him for about six years.

Yeah its bad when you sit there looking in the mirror taking notice that she doesn't even make the effort to cut your side burns evenly.

And yup, they get a tip cause you feel sorry for them.

I found a good one recently and told her how glad I was to find someone who knew what they were doing. She immediately started telling me to avoid a coworker who didn't have a clue.
