I always found Dalton to be the most realistic of the bunch, followed by Daniel Craig. Connery and Moore being the more fun and savvy bonds to watch.

You can't be able to beat up James Bond.

I'm sure I could beat up Timothy Dalton.

Therefore...he can't be James Bond in my world.

Daniel Craig.

I thought Daniel Craig rocked in his first Bond appearance. Very understated, an "everyman's" Bond. Much more realistic than others IMHO.

Connery was all about being the Lady's Man - all about that Rat Pack-type lady killer class. Again, IMHO.

Roger Moore was great. He had a great way of pulling off classically understated British wit and humour.

When I was a kid, Brosnan was the current Bond. He naturally became my favorite just from Goldeneye. Back then I really wished it would have been him as Bond in Living Daylights (I think that's the one) that would have driven that 18-wheeler that does a crazy side-wheelie to dodge a rocket. That was an epic Bond moment by Dalton.

Also I find it ironic that there is so much support for Craig. A few years ago when he did his first Bond film, alot of people were saying "you can't have a blue-eyed, blonde-haired Bond!" Apparently he's made it work for him. I thought he did a good job, but I haven't watched a Bond film since Casino Royale was in theaters, or around that time.

Daniel Craig. He seems more raw, less polished, less "perfect"... More believable in the role I guess.

Craig is my favorite since Connery. Movies have changed a lot in 40 years, and the Bond franchise has evolved too. The early Bond films with Connery move along very slowly when you watch them today. However, IMO Connery set the gold standard and it is every subsequent actor's task to measure up.

Moore was the funniest. I think the Bond films made by him had the most comical bits.

Dalton was my least favorite.
