We finally got snow in New England

After suffering through November with temperatures in the 50's, 60's and 70's, we finally got snow in New England......I guess I don't live in the tropics after all

You can have it. I'm not ready to get the skis and snow plow out just yet.

I thought it was beautiful...right up to the point that I had to shovel.

Yeah, here in my part of Wisconsin, we had an unusually cool summer, then a warm Sept...but then it Oct, we had very cool temps and multiple measurable snowfalls.

Then came Nov. It was one of the warmest on record, and the only snow was a trace, to an inch in some places, on the 30th, making it the driest Nov on record as far as snowfall goes.

Now in Dec, it has turned full on into winter. Highs in the teens, lows from zero to 5 above and again, multiple days of snow, with even more expected next week. But, then again, it IS Dec.

I'm hoping to suffer more. Don't get me wrong, I like a white Christmas, but Dec 26 should be the first day of Spring.

Here on the CT shore, a few flakes but nothing stuck.
