Fuchs OD Pedals?

Any experience with them? I would love to try a couple out if they sound anything like the ODS amps..

I was thinking of replacing my OCD and Powerscreamer with the Plush Drive and Pure Gain...

The Plush Drive is very nice, it has lots of warmth to it, but honestly, I would look at something along the lines of a Nova Drive instead (for the money).

I've played around with the Plush Drive for a bit, but not extensively. It's a great pedal, but to me I've found it does best running through a pushed amp already breaking up; there's not a whole lot of gain on tap. Don't remember the voicing compared to my OCD or powerscreamer though.

I do own the Valve Job and Cream, both of which I like a lot. The Valve Job also doesn't have a whole lot of gain, but feels and sounds very amp like. The Cream is a pedal I recently got off a fellow TGPer and I like it a lot. It's similarly voiced to the Powerscreamer (which I no longer have), but seems a lot more open and harmonically rich. It also has a nice amount of gain on tap and sounds equally good running into either a clean or slightly pushed amp.

Here's a nice clip of the Cream. There are other clips by these same guys that really sound good.

You may want to keep your OCD as it is much more transparent than the aforementioned pedals. Well, that depends on how yours sounds since I've found that not all OCD's are built the same (and I'm talking about comparing just the Version 4's). Using the OCD as a boost in front of either the Cream of Valve Job sounds really great.

I own the Cream, nice OD in the 808 vein, but probably the best I've tried in that style!

I have an Extreme Cream which I modded, with Andy's help, so that both channels are "Hot" mode, like the original single-channel Cream. Just like the GP review says, it's what the original TS always wanted to be when it grew up. Plenty of gain, sounds great with gain low, medium or high, feels like a tube amp, harmonically complex, dynamic like an amp. Fantastic pedal! Best in breed for sure. I love it into my Allen Accomplice and Maz 18...really a match made in heaven. I was using it into my Fuchs HRM amp clean channel to extend the range of gain levels/tones, but no pedal can quite do what an amp like that can do, so I twiddled and fiddled until I could get all my dirt tones (except one) from the amp alone and only use a V2.0 OCD into the clean channel for a gritty rhythm tone.

If you're a Fender style amp guy, you really should own the Cream or EC. I have never tried any of Andy's other OD pedals, but would like to.

I have the Plush Drive. It settles my jones for Dumble style tones, though I am not the most schooled on Dumbles. I like it especially with single coils into a clean amp with the output level from the pedal set to drive the input of my amp a bit. It does not clean up as well with the guitar volume knob as some of my other pedals, as it loses some high end, but this could just be the circuit design. I don't know how well Dumble's clean up. But I love the tones and it is nicely built. I've been toying around with getting a Cream, but have other GAS priorities right now.
