Anyone make a low-wattage head based on a Marshall JTM tone stack?
By low wattage, I mean 18-20 watts. Or under.

Check out The Winfield by Winfield Thomas. I'm guessing he would be willing to change the tonestack values to JTM specs for you. Paul Ruby also could probably build you something suitable.
