The all new 2011 Kia Sorento - WTF?

WTF????????

No, really. I just heard an ad on the radio for the all new 2011 Kia Sorento to be available in January. This has gone way too far. Get a grip people.

If you are advertising a car in 2009, and it goes on sale in January of 2010.........IT IS NOT THE 2011 MODEL!!!!!!

Really, call it what it is. It is the 2010 model and you are just a little late getting it out. You are not forward looking and a really modern company, you are late.

That does seem a tad silly.

I have a 2010 Lexus RX350 I got in late September and it came on the market about 10 months ago.

The all new 2011 BMW 5-Series will come on the market early next year.

A Japanese car will typically be on the market for 4 1/2 years before an all new car comes out. The German cars usually wait 6 to 7 years to bring out an all new model.

I guess all that time saving has put them ahead. Now they can all take a year off. Wish I was that smart.
