Please, please, please don't bring it into a non-smoking establishment and use it to get attention.

I'm for anything that helps people quit smoking.

Agreed. Whatever helps you to quit is a good thing. There are no absolutes.

LOL.I promise I won't.I actually read the advice that you should treat them like a real one.Still smoke outside etc. I'm hoping to quit, not use it as an alternative.

Good luck! There has been some controversy around here with people wearing them around their neck and using them in non-smoking places.

When I quit I found the worst part (after I kicked nicotine) was what to do with my hands. Baby carrots and those little boxes of raisins helped me.

I went with one called "INSTEAD" http://www.e-cig.org/sale/ .Been out of my juice for the past 3 days and am smoking way too much. I'll get back in line next week when I get my order. Good luck to everyone trying to quit!

I felt the same way. I quit 2 or 3 years ago. I ate a lot of those Dum-Dum lollypops. They were really great for jumping in the car.

I have been using e-cigs for the past year with great success. I actually enjoy it more than the real thing, but I still bum a few real smokes once in a while at a gig or if I'm out having a few cocktails.

But the e-cig has helped me quit smoking on a daily basis. I was a pack a day smoker for 20 years....I have reduced my smoking by probably 98%.

Seems to me one of the best things about them is you can puff on them in a non-smoking bar. All the smokers that are staying home can now go back and put some money in the tills. Seems a win to me.
