How is the buffer on the Moog? I've read bad things about how it converts your signal to line. If it werent for that I'd have already bought one.

Do you have any experience with the Whetstone, or the EQD Grand Orbiter? These two have caught my interest as well. I see you have the Moon phaser on your board, so let me know if you think if fits the bill based on what I'm describing. Thanks!
I'm sorry - I've been a bit busy, but in sum, I have not used a Whetstone or Grand Orbiter (see sig for phasers I have owned).

However, given what you describe in your 1st paragraph -YES. YES. YES. It will do all that, and I wouldn't steer ya wrong on that one.

It will? I'm very interested in this...as you can tell from my sig, I play in a Floyd band, and I am looking to get a phaser to meet my vibe and phaser needs. The Moog caught my eye since it's a 12 stage phaser, which I think is cool, but the videos I've seen of it make it seem like a pretty normal, phase 90 type pedal. I can't believe this is true considering it's a Moog...so would you say it can do the vibe-type sounds as well as phaser (so, Breathe, Shine On, Have a Cigar, etc) well?

What is more versatile: Moog, Red Witch, or Whetstone?

Well, I went and spontaneously bought one of the new Keeley phasers instead, so in 3 weeks I'll post a review. I was just tired of thinking about it. All the phasers I was looking at seemed great, but lacked something. The Keeley immediatley seemed the most intuitive to me with it's tap tempo, ramp, and beautiful 6 stage sounds, but we'll see....I might still have to get a red witch to compare.
