help please

I built a clone 5F6-A bassman copy. When I put the power on the pilot light came on and rectifier tube lights up and all the other tubes light up, so the heaters all seem to work. But when I put on the standby switch, the power tubes don't get the blue glow and the amp doesn't have any sound. Could someone please give me an idea what it might be.

Blue glow doesn't really mean anything. Are you capable of working inside of a live amp? If so, what kind of voltages are you getting on your power tubes and preamp tubes?
