Sound Clip Of Lil' Dawg Tweed Deluxe 5E3 Clone

Here's a song using a Lil' Dawg Tweed Deluxe 5E3 clone. I just wanted to give this company some props by putting up a clip of one of their amps. Great build, great service and great tone.

This one was built with a 25 watt OT. Power tubes are NOS RCA Black Plates. Speaker is a Celestion GK-100. Guitar is a parts-o-Strat with Rio Grande pickups plugged straight into the amp. Used a Dr. Z Brake Lite set on "2" to get some power tube breakup.

Recorded with an SM57 directly into a Mackie Onyx board, then sent through Onyx firewire module into Cubase. Light compression, delay and verb were added during final mix down.

Jim at Lil' Dawg is a really nice guy and does great work. I'm really happy with my 5E3 from him.

Your clip sounded really nice . .

Remind me never to put a clip on here. That sounded great.
I was on Jim's waiting list before he moved, and then my isp changed my email address, so I got lost in the shuffle. Hearing this clip reminds me why I wanted on the list in the first place.
