Just curious if it exists and if so who makes them?

Pretty much every major pickup maker, SD, Dimarzio...I think GFS even has them.

TV Jones do their Filtertrons (& variations thereof) in a P90 sized format.

I was going to suggest Dimarzio as well. They make the Super Distortion, Tone Zone, DLX 90, and the Virtual P90. all are hum-cancelling P-90s
