Can any builders make this headstock?

Looking for suggestions here. I'm working on a custom guitar that's loosely based on my favorite production models. I'm an EBMM fan, but can't really afford their stuff anymore. I know alot of their design is copywright protected/trademarked/registered.

I'm really interested in getting an EBMM style headstock, with some modifications. I actualy found another guitar line that makes a similar headstock (Meanstreet guitars). I have one of their necks for another project guitar. Trick is, they only make necks with locking nuts - no regular style nut option. I also don't have any options with rosewood fretboards.

So this is the shape/look I want to go for.

It's a little smaller than the EBMM headstock, and it has a 3+3 tuner config, which doesn't violate their trademark design.

Warmoth won't do it without a more or less drafted design. Best I can manage is a really fineline tracing. I haven't talked to USACG, but feel like I might run into the same issue.

Ideas??

USA Custom guitars will do it for you. I think warmoth also allows you to send in a drawing or spec to cut from a blank.

I just got the official word from Warmoth. They won't do it. But it's probably because I used the word EBMM in the email. They got slapped with a cease and desist by EBMM for selling replica necks. So I can understand being squeamish about making something that is remotely close to that design. Even though this one is smaller and has a different tuner config. But I digress.

Going to talk to USACG, and sent JD an email. Waiting to hear back from him.

I found another option that could work. A local shop can do a headstock shape that's close to what I want. Kind of a mix between a EBMM and a Peavey headstock.

I can order the whole thing through them, even the paint. Of course TN sales tax will bite me in the rear.

Found some good help close to home. Guitar Mill in the Nashville area is making the body and neck. They have an existing neck/headstock that's pretty close to what I'm looking for. Going with what's available.

The other cool thing is that they're also painting the body and neck as well, so all I have to do is put everything together and solder up the electronics.
