omer's guitars, vacuums and pet grooming in north bay ontario - i think it may be more specialized now (less pet grooming), but in the 90s.....they did it all!

That one's odd....I can see the hair salon, get your rig and the right look for onstage!
My friend's store (D-Town guitars) sells used records and CD's of course but they also do skateboards and accesories which kinda's goes with guitar playing!

Not sure if it's still around, but there was a place in Chicago that sold donuts and guitars !

It was a longtime neighborhood donut/coffee place where the owner was into guitars and had a small selection along the wall. Actually I saw some cool vintage stuff in there.

Funny thing was, you walked in the door, past the videos and stuff, and then had to walk through a little privacy curtain to get to the albums. Which kinda seemed backwards :-)

haha, That is wrong! I guess the perverts didn't want to be seen buying vinyl lol.

There is, or used to be, a liquor store / Gun store in Flagstaff AZ.

Go grab a six pack and a few boxes of ammo!!! Or a new Desert Eagle.

There is a Gun/Liquor store right here in El Cajon, Ca.

Perfect location for it, if you ask me.

I bought my '65 Strat there in 1980. They sold motorcycles and musical instruments (not that crazy of a combination).
Way back when they sold chainsaws, too. These days they are strictly instruments, sheet music, and accessories.

I've heard of a place in rural central Minnesota that sold guitars and meat.
Also had a buddy years ago that bought his Gibson Firebird in a drug store in Madison, SD.

Bobby died over the Christmas holiday. He had parkinsons and was suffering badly. He'll be missed.
