Zippo style lighters
Anybody know how long the fluid should last after a fill up?
It seems like mine has to filled up alot. Is the fluid evaporating? I'm filling it more than I'm lighting it! |

First of all, you stated "Zippo style". Not an actual Zippo. That's your problem.
A real Zippo has always outperformed a knock-off for me. It shouldn't be leaking, evaporating, or draining. Filling it once a week for a regular smoker would be normal. A heavy 2-pack-a-day smoker, filling it every 4 days.

depends on how much you're using it v. how much you fill it w/ ronsonol
IME, it's been about 3-4 days with my trusty Zippo. but i don't fill it up to the tippy top. only a little bit at a time. |

I have also noted that Ronson Oil FAR outlast actual Zippo fluid.
