Which track to test EQ?

I'd like to know a song or a list of songs that if I have them in full uncompressed format, like WAV, or another good format (like FLAC), I could use them as a reference to EQ my studio monitors, headphones, etc to get as flat a response as possible.

What do you guys use?

I've read posts over on other boards where a lot of guys will use an actual CD that has a great mix that they are familiar with. That's what I do but I'm new and don't really know a whole lot.

As a rule, you don't EQ monitors.

It will generally create more problems than it fixes.

You need to get used to your monitors.
