BJF Honey Bee question
Is this pedal named after the Tom Petty song and that tasty tone from that lovely rock and roll riff?
cheers n

From The Man himself!
Just get one and play dynamically. One of the all time greats!

I don't think I could own just the Honey bee as my only overdrive (would need a boost for the amp's drive or another gainy drive). In that sense, it's limited. To me the thing is awesome in terms of dynamics and tone. I'm not a big mid-hump kind of guy, but you need some mids for sweetness and to me the HBOD has the right amount of mid-hump

I agree !!
It works great with the drive channel of your amp, or stacks so well with other OD pedals. |
