Anybody compare the Shiba or Riot to an AC Boost?

I've got one of them 'fancy *ss' chrome'ish AC's, but was wondering if the Shiba and/or Riot had something else/different to offer?

as of now, I'm using the AC as my sole lead/drive/boost pedal (sometimes with an EP after, sometimes into the drive channel of my Fender Jazzmaster-head, but mostly into the cleaner-then-clean channel of the same amp..)

I'm looking for something that is able to deliver:

-spanky 'grit' (AC with guitar's vol. med-low) and warmer-TS like crunch/lead (I know the AC is no TS, but you get what I mean..)
- nice solo boost/lead
- transparent drive, as well as med/higher gain leads

I was considering the Riot, seeing that it almost resembles ch.2 on an CAE OD-100 like amp (right?), but the Shiba caught my interest as a boost/OD-pedal as well..

ok, let's hear it!
