Tube Amp Doctor tube labelling

Can anyone help with the labeling on a TAD tube?

I have a quad of 6L6GCs that read PC: 36 and TC: 664.

What do those numbers mean? Obviously they have to do with biasing, I know, but is this plate current and, um???

I have a quad of Winged Cs through TubeDepot that replaced the TADs and the Winged Cs have a bias point of 18. The TADs were the original tubes put in there by the builder. Wondering if these readings are in any way comparable.

Plate current and transconductance. They have to do with matching but not biasing.

6L6GC's do fine at about 35mA in every amp designed for 6L6s. Knowing the plate voltage of your particular amp would be necessary to figure out the appropriate bias range.

Thanks.

I guess I'll have to wait until my BiasRite comes back because I was a total failure at figuring out the readings without it.

I had purchased two different sets of TADs from thetubestore. One set had a PC of 46 and A Perfect Pair # of 23, the 2nd set PC of 48 and Perfect Pair # of 24. Each number is 1/2 of the PC. Could just be a coincidence. I can't remember the TC for them but they also matched in each set. Notice the PC is 36 on yours, quite possibly a Perfect Pair #18 if the TCs are a match. You also said the winged c had a bias #18. Could be a similar rating.
