Why so many Vox ACC1 amps for sale?

Every site I got 2, there are at least 1 or 2 for sale. I tried 1 once breifly and thought it sounded good.
What are the downsides?

The new AC15C1 came out and people seem to like it more than the old Custom Classic one.

(I assume you're talking about the old CC series...)

ac15cc1 old model, ac15c1 new and from what I've heard. much improved version

The AC15CC1 and AC15C1 are NO comparison.

Improvements of the C1 over the CC1,

-Additional channel, use to have top boost only, now also has normal
-Additional tube to accomodate normal channel, and restores the top boost to AC30 specs
-Celestion G12M Greenback speaker, which sounds WAYYYY better then the Wharfdale speaker.
-Tone cut knob, to me its a tone suck, but some people like it. Its pretty much useless since the Greenback remedied the icepick highs of the old Wharfdale speaker.
-Tubes now accessible from the rear
-Takes pedals AWESOME in the normal mode, not so much in the top boost mode.. (will need cap mod if you want to use top boost with pedals)
-Top Boost EQ is now standard (more interactive), like an AC30.
