Don't know if you are familiar with the original Reverend DT (I am not but know a lot of folks love theirs as being the improved TS) but there are sound clips for the Garage Tone DT on the Visual Sound website. Wonder if someone that has the original can listen and compare...

Well I tried one of the new ones because I really liked the original. The new one I tried was simply awful. Sounded little like the original - there were no dynamics and it sounded like mush. None of the hearty chunk of the original. I couldn't send it back fast enough!
