Hey guys
Hey, I'm a kid who's been playing guitar for around two years now and I decided that sticking to an intelligent community like the one here would keep me at my goals. A few years ago, a few friends and I decided we were starting a band. Since then, we rarely see each other, but I remembered that two years ago and realized I never learned an instrument when my other friend was already a pro. I decided I needed to get to work so here I am two years later.
I'm looking for any tips and hopefully to make some great connections in the music world. I do just about every genre except Country and a tiny little bit of Hip-Hop/Rap. To flat out say that there is not at least one good song from every genre is very obstinate and close-minded. I write a little bit of music, but nothing worthwhile just yet. Some genres that I've written in were Electronic, Rock, and Blues. I've played some songs in Folk and various Beatles-style music. I haven't done a gig, but as soon as I do my first I hope to share it here. Anyways, you'll see I'm pretty knowledgable for fourteen and I hope you'll all come to like me.
