Things in life you just don't "get"?
Here's a few for starters:
Sports...sometimes fun to play, but boring to watch. Tobacco...stinks. Tattoos...huh? Women...well, they have their "moments"  .Gibson...what the...! Coffee...yuk. Soap Opera's...same story, different channel. Rap/hip hop...zzzz...new appreciation for disco! Alcoholic beverages...taste like paint thinner to me. Multi-millionaires...who still crave the next dollar. Artificial maple syrup...nope. Life without cilantro....yummm. Banjo's & accordion's...fingernails on the blackboard sound better.

Art-house movies. Pimentos and cheese. Piercings. Parts of many political ideologies. The appeal of Carrot Top. There are several more. I will think of them later.

-silly bands (the fad with kids, not bands that are silly...) -the power of Oprah -the appeal of Oprah -the rise of Bill Clinton -the fall of Bill Clinton -the Phoenix-like re-emergence of Bill Clinton -Anthony Kiedis' singing -anyone liking the last three Star Wars movies -making a new TV show and calling it "Hawaii Five-0"...Oh my (Jack) Lord, what are they not thinking? -my students telling each other, "I got so wasted last night. threw up. don't remember anything else. It was great!" -why I'm still writing this when I could be playing guitar... -
