Delay pedal advice

I'm looking for the right delay pedal
Preferably it would have these characteristics:

1. Good tone (subjective I know)

2. EQ or hi-cut filter for the delay only

3. True bypass

4. Tap tempo

5. Delay level adjustable seperate from dry level - NOT one of those pots that turns the delay level up and dry level down simultaneously

6. Small pedalboard footprint

7. Runs on standard power supplies

8. Reliable

I don't need any presets or programability.

Price isn't a concern.

Anything out there that fits all those criteria?

I'll throw out my favorite after a long hard search, Empress Superdelay or Vintage Modified Superdelay. Should capture everything you are looking for there, and then some!
