Tweeds and 60/61 Fender Brown amps, any difference?
Is there any real difference between the tweed amps of the very late 50's, especially 59, and the circuits/sound of their early brown tolex (aka pink tolex) equivalents? For example, is there any difference between a tweed super and a brown one?
Thanks for any and all info on this topic. Lots of knowledgeable folks here.
