M9 /13 users, can it do this?

I'm currently using a midi buddy (switching to an fcb100 soon probably) and a Sansamp psa1 as the core of a small rack rig I'm fleshing out.

I'm trying to keep what's on the floor limited to as few pieces as possible.
I'd love to be able to keep an M9 in the rack and use it in the psa1's loop for everything but dirt.

What I need to know if the M9 is capable of is to control both the expression pedal and tap tempo functions via midi from the fcb100.

That would enable my gig set up to be a 4 space shallow rack and just the fcb100 on the floor and have the option of stereo DIs out the Sansamp or 1/4" out to a power amp / cab or my combos.

I know that some are controlling the M with a MIDI foot controller. Not sure about the depth of control however.

There's a MIDI map in the user guide (or it might be the advanced guide) which are available on the L6 website.
