Which vitamine supplement do you take?

I take One a day 50 + and it taste like ass, so I wash it down fast. Ick!

D.

Even with "eating right", it's near impossible to get enough of this one (esp. in a cold climate where you probably won't be out in the sun very long).

Just D3 and fish/borage/flax seed oil.

I used to take supplements, but I've read too many conflicting reports about them. Now I just eat right.

Last time I tried fish oil, it left a after taste about like this multi I taking now. ewww.

2000IU daily. I know this is no problem for most people and many take much more than that.

10 minutes of skin exposure to sunlight will allow the body to manufacture between 10,000 -15,000 IU of Vitamin D, course you might get skin cancer too
