Using 18v pedal when using a 9v daisy chain?

I'm looking into buying an 18v pedal but I only use ( and would only like to use) a 9v daisy chain...
is there any way of getting some sort of adapter for my daisychain or something along those lines?

Saw that godlyke used to make something like that called the power pump but I can't find one anywhere!

Any ideas?
