Forgive my ignorance (expression pedal content)
Ive been looking at the Boss FV500 and while its built like a tank it seems and has the minimum volume thing going I just dont think it will fit my current board.
Now, I loved my EBJR that I used to have. It had a real nice sweep to it. My question is this, and goes for all expression pedals actually: Which one as far as impedence? 25k or 250k?

For a MIDI setup, go with 25K.
I use the Boss FV500L with a GSP1101 and love it. It definitely is built like a tank.

My experience with the Boss has not been good. There are 2 tiny screws that hold the actual pedal to the axle...I've had 2 pedals break at this point. Once those screws shear off I wasn't able to fix them.
The Ernie Ball pedals have broken on me as well but at least they are repairable fairly inexpensively.

Just wondering about one for the second expression input on the Control 2. Like I said, the Boss wont fit on my board. Isnt the VPJr a 250k? That wont work I dont think.
