NGD:White Worn Satin Tribute Minus Cream

I've had it for a few weeks actually and the cream plastic looked good at first but didn't grow on me so I made it right.

Plays & sounds great. Ordered online from GC the end of Sept. and the site said it'd be available Oct.2nd. Then I got an email saying it was back ordered until the 30th of Oct. Then I got an email with track # and had it in 3 days from the time I ordered it. It arrived in an unopen Gibson box inside of another box for shipping so it was cool I was the first one to touch it from the factory and I lucked out, it's a goood 'un.

So black pickup covers and removed pickguard, did you also change the knobs? I thought the stock knobs were gold.

Looks good! Congrats.

Yep, stock knobs are gold. I removed the pg, switched out the selector ring, P90 covers & knobs. Really dig the cosmetic vibe and the pickups actually sound a bit lower output than my '97 Gem which is a cool change I like allot.

Waaay better! Next try semi-glossing the finish to a low lustre...

I'm thinking about doing the same mods with my Ebony Tribute - black (or maybe metal) P90 covers, silver/black knobs, black switch & input cover. Then I might add a Bigsby & Vibramate.
