Favorite analog/digital delay w/MOD

I have the Wampler Faux tape echo that I really like. I making a smaller board and want to find a delay for that board. I've had the CC and 616 and would be happy with the CC, but is there anything else out there for under $200.

It's not very "boutique" but the Line 6 Echo Park has some great sounds, and the modulation changes with each model: wow/flutter for the tape echoes, mild chorus-ish modulation for the digital, and halfway between the two for the analog delay sounds.

I have the Faux Tape Echo, too. I don't think the Disaster Transport will be much smaller. I tried the Disaster Transport Jr. recently, but returned it because I thought it altered the base tone a little, which the FTE doesn't do at all. The DT Jr seemed to make the tone a little brighter and it felt a little disconnected from the bypass tone in terms of feel (something I noticed with the Malekko Spring Chicken as well). The repeats of the DT have a nice sound and decay but are much darker than those of the FTE. I really like the tone AND feel of the FTE. How does the CC feel to play through?

The Lovepedal Echo Baby is really small and has modulation.

Aside from that I think the Carbon Copy is a good option since you already know you like it! If you liked the CC better than the 616 then I think the CC is probably the way to go for you.

I just bought a Diasater transport used from PGS for $169, so I'll see if it good enough to keep and if not I can get a CC.
