I found a guy that says he has NOS USA raytheon GZ34 rectifiers (my application would be my ac30) for $15 each...thoughts/opinions on these?

I've not seen any Raytheon GZ34 - that doesn't mean they didn't make them, but they would have probably would have labeled them with the US designation of 5AR4.

Are you sure they aren't made in Japan, perhaps, and simply labeled "Raytheon?" If that is so, those are probably worth purchasing, because Japanese GZ34 generally have a good reputation (especially compared to current-production options).

And they could be current production sino or russian tubes re-labeled by a scam artist.

Take a pic and put it up here if you can.

$15 sounds a little too good to be true, so it probably is.

A couple of places have advertised Raytheon branded Mullard GZ34 from the 70s. They sold/sell for around $150.00
