I HIGHLY recommend the REI Muir Woods fleece jacket. It's under $100, it's warm and easily layered under another jacket if you need it. Mine's not wind resistant, but they make one that is, and it fits my frame perfectly. I also really dig the texture of it. Plus, it's made from recycled material!

I know it's weird that I'm so excited about a jacket, but I looked for weeks for the perfect jacket and this is it for me.
