Show me your Fano JM6

Huge GAS for one, thinking of picking one up in NYC (if I can find one). Especially looking for one with a Bigsby. Either way, post em up!

Thank you! i was just about to post my thred in this section... I hope you don't mind me copy/pasting something from my other thread

One of my all time favourite guitarists, James Valentine of Maroon 5, has been using one a lot the last year or so and it sounds great!
The price looks pretty good considering how much you can custom order on it
I was thinking about getting it in Pelham blue with black pickguard and stuff.

Anyway, have any of you guys had any experiences with this guitar? what are your thoughts on it? because i havn't seen them being mentioned a lot (if at all) here on the gear page.

I know P90's are great for rock, but i'm kinda thinking if an SG with humbuckers would be more up my alley, because i need a guitar that has a very clear tone in the bottom strings for playings riffs and such. I know you can rock out with P90's.. i just wanted to hear your guys thoughts on the JM6

I already have a Les Paul Jr. and a DG-335, but they are not the best for getting the "riff tone" i'm looking for, they are amazing for leads and rythm guitar though.

Yeah very beautiful clean sounds, you can tell he dug the clean sounds he could get from it since he has a couple of videos of it just clean (All of his videos are kick ass)
Not too many people play them.. the only one that i know of is James Valentine i mentioned. I saw them in concert last time they were in Denmark and he had a Fano TC6 (Telecaster) he only used it for one song, but it had a really amazing clean tone.

I have one. Can't post a pic right now... but it is my favorite guitar I have ever owned.... love it to death... I've had a few guitars stolen in my life... and if this one was taken... I would absolutely be very, very sad....

and I bought it from Alto.......

You know that Sounds Great Music carries Fano, don't you?
Might save you a ton on customs...

I mailed them with saying i'm just looking right now, but i asked what the price would be for the specs and colours i wanted. Not that i have any money right now (i actually need to borrow £15 from my parents to pay for the amp tech who fixed my amp..) but it's not too bad a price considering it's custom made to my specs.
Hmm good thing i don't have any money right now.. have lots of time to decide what i want.

@Ford: That sounds awesome you're so happy with it, i have a question for you. How does it handle you know... playing riffs on the low strings? I would love to see pics of it too

I sold the SP6 in the photo below to help buy a TC6 that I still own. The JM6 is going to be with me forever.

Holy f***! That JM6 looks amazing! Fiesta Red is seriously my favourite custom colour (next to pelham blue of course )
I love when the old Fiesta red colour, because it's red and not "orange tomato soup" coloured which is just plain horrible.

I bet you can cover a lot of ground with those two guitars.
