OD advice

I've got a Best Buy gift card burning a hole in my pocket. I was hoping to use it for a Boss OD-3 but for some inexplicable reason, BB doesn't carry it. I already have an Full Drive II which is Tubescreamer-based (as well as a Little Big Muff for fuzz). Can anyone recommend an OD pedal that is not based on the TS-9 or 808 that I might be able to pick up there?

Is it? I was under the impression that it wasn't. Can you recommend an OD that isn't TS based?

That's a wide spectrum of pedals. Can you tell us what you're looking for? Low gain or high? Fuzz? Marshall?

I used to have an OCD but sold it (regrettably). That was quite different than the FD. It was Marshall-y on the "HP" setting. Like I said I have the LBM for fuzz. Definitely looking for something capable of high gain. Perhaps that eliminates the BD-2 (which they do carry.) Maybe something like the OCD. I understand that Dano makes an OCD clone that BB will probably have. However I'm a little wary of Dano pedals.

Don't be afraid to use the Danos. They're surprisingly rugged.

Is the OCD clone called the Cool Cat Transparent Drive? They have so many pedals I can't keep the names straight!
