Suggest inexpensive sound system for HD TV...

I don't want an audiophile sound system. I want to spend about $400. I want some speakers and amp so concert DVD's sound better.
ANYTHING will be better than the TV sound.

do a search on "sound bar" or "soundbar". this looks like a good one...
