90's British Vox AC30/6TB vs. Vox Heritage AC30H2
I am currently in the market for an AC30 and I have the opportunity to buy a 90's British top boost ac30 or a heritage model ac30. Both are about the same price. I am wondering what thoughts you guys might have about both amps. Thanks.

For longevity and resale value, the 6TB.
For variety of tone, the Heritage. LOVE that EF86 channel in my AC15. The 30 is absolutely more amp than I need and I already have a Twin... I know, apples and oranges, but I figure one overkill amp is enough... But if I had some extra room and some extra cash, a 90s British AC30 would be on my list of about 8 amps I'd like to pick up... Of course, I say that with an AC15H1TV as my main amp.

I own a 90's AC30 6/tbx. Got it a couple years ago. It's my first AC30. I've never played the other model you're considering. It's a very special amp. It sounds really good if I have to play it at low volume and use pedals for dirt. It's even better when I get to turn it up. I'm never at a lack of headroom or able to be heard- in a good way. YMMV...
