Favorite Settings for Boss DD-7?
Just bought a DD-7 delay pedal because I liked the modulation mode with the chorus and have just started to play with other settings. The looper capability is also pretty compelling.
Does anyone have any favorite settings with this box they want to share? |

I use this pedal for a faux sound check device. I catch a loop and have the band play on it while I adjust sound for different listening positions in the venue.
I typically use the last setting which is the "warp?" setting? and have low levels of repeats and subtle level for most use. I have been using the trails feature as a way to hit a chord or a note and have it repeat to fade on that one thing I've had the delay pedal on for. It's a cool effect to inject once in a while. I got the idea from dub/island music where you can hear it a lot. |

![]() Mine is on analog, and all knobs at 12:00 and I leave it on all the time! Expression pedal controls the feedback. |

I've just realized that I have a dd6... I somehow convinced myself it was a dd7. It's just there in front of me all the time.
Sorry for the version confusion -

It also has a Hold mode which provides 40 seconds of looping. I'm really trying to get a U2 or Delirious sound and was told this with good reverb should get me pretty close. A lot more trial and error unless someone has already been there. Thanks |
