It's a good solution to have a really cheap amp at home. That's why I keep the Epiphone Valve Junior head. Nothing special about it but it works with my pedals when no other amp is around. Together with my keeper cab (THD 2x12) cover my bedroom/rehearsal needs. I haven't played with the Junior for the last 1,5 year since I got my Silverface Bassman... probably a keeper too!

Buy a seat for the MDD next time. Or just get another one to reside in the DR.

Yeah, he's sittin' in friggin paradise bitchin about not having his tone to die for Magic Dust Duo down there to comfort him as he suffers with blue skies, balmy temps, and all the turquoise water he can shake a bikini at. Boo hoo hoo hoo, waaaahhhhhhh! If he had posted the pictures here that he posted in another thread you'd be wanting to go medieval on his ass.

Yessiree, that's one of them, yep. Uh Huh. I wonder if Henry's cab guy can get tolex to match that water. A turquoise CD would be stunning, perhaps a turquoise tinted, lighted plexiglas cab with a rippled surface and a patch of sand on top with a bonsai palm tree. A true island amp, mon!
