NGD! (Suhr Pro M1 Content)
I just purchased a Suhr Pro M1 and this thing is amazing! Though I haven't played a Custom, the quality is no different, the Pro models just limit your choices. I can say it isn't different because they workmanship cannot be any better (and going by the quality of my Suhr Classic).
The only weird thing is that this guitar has a "soft finish". The finish is solid, but feels just a wee bit rubbery. I can't tell that it affects the tone one way or the other, and the guitar sounds great, so no issues...it's just a little unusual. The only other thing is that from the pictures, I thought the body was a little bigger than a strat, but holding the guitar it feels about the same. I haven't measured...just a feel thing. Thanks to Suhr for making this great instrument and thanks to Andy at Diffusion Audio for helping me find this guitar!

Yep. I grabbed a Suhr Pro Series S3 a while back and the quality is unreal. I too couldn't imagine the more expensive Suhr models being built or set-up any better. There's just nothing left to improve quality wise.

Awesome, the soft touch is really interesting. I have a M1 on order in blue web gloss. It was only offered in soft touch up until recently
It looks fantastic and I'm jealous that you already have yours |
