If the EJ has a shallow drilled steel block and longer saddle slots so the strings pass through without touching te rear of the saddle, I doubt there will be much tonal improvement with a Callaham. The Callaham is made better all the way around but, other than the things I previously mentioned, a vintage style Fender trem isn't too bad if you're careful to not strip the arm block threads. The Callaham block has a bushing insert so you don't have to worry about stripping the block threads...but in 40 years of playing Strats I've never stripped a Fender block.

Well,i do not worry about bushings, since i barely use tremolo arm...just wondering if i can get some benefits sound wise from the block and saddle,or maybe just Raw Vintage saddles ?

To my ears....6 point trems sound different than 2 point trems, steel tremblocks sound different than pot metal tremblocks, deep drilled steel tremblocks sound different than shallow drilled steel tremblocks, and bent vintage style saddles sound different than solid block modern saddles. However, which is "better" is subjective. Out of everything I've tried, I prefer a 6 point trem, shallow drilled steel tremblock, & bent vintage saddles...and if my Fender already had those specs I probably wouldn't change any of it to Callaham. However, if I were going to replace the saddles AND the block, I'd probably opt to replace the whole trem with a Callaham...but that's just me.

you've got nice steel saddles and block already, the callaham would be a subtle improvement at best.

The EJ has a very nice stock trem as is. However the Callaham stainless steel bridge screws would be an improvement over the stock Fender screws.
