Bassman Clone
Who makes the best Tweed Bassman clone that is closest in overall tone and vibe to a vintage Fender Bassman?

Don't underestimate Lil' Dawg Amps and his "Top Dawg" Bassman...Jim is a great person to work with and does excellent work (and sends progress pictures along the way).

I like the Peavey Classic 50 4x10 combo. The fender bassman LTD or reissue is good, but the reissue had better speakers IMHO and the tweed ages nicely since it isn't lacquered (sp?). With a few mods the bassman RI is absolutely bitchin.
